Mission Statement

  • Provide students, faculty, and staff excellent customer service, convenient store location and hours of operation, and a wide range of competitively priced merchandise.
  • Provide students with the required course materials needed for their academic studies, in a timely manner and at competitive prices.
  • Offer a variety of Batten University insignia apparel and merchandise to promote school spirit among the current Batten community and Alumni.
  • Practice sound business and ethical principles articulated by the University and the National Association of College Stores.
